Job Summary

Our client is a nationally recognized design firm specializing in healthcare environments that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Their team is known for combining technical expertise with innovation to deliver spaces that support both medical staff and patients. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside a collaborative and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and documentation of healthcare projects from concept through construction.
Coordinate with consultants engineers and clients to ensure functional and regulatory requirements are met.
Prepare design drawings technical details and construction documents using Revit and Bluebeam.
Review projects for code compliance and quality standards prior to submission.
Support project delivery by assisting with construction administration and responding to field conditions.

Qualifications:

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
Architectural license (PE or equivalent) required.
Minimum of 5 years of architectural design experience preferably with healthcare projects.
Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
Strong knowledge of healthcare codes standards and best practices.
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
