For Experienced Loan Officers:

• Join a dynamic platform where your established NMLS license and experience can be leveraged for maximum production.

• 1 years of experience and an active NMLS license. Proven ability to meet and exceed production targets.

• Master the loan lifecycle aggressively develop your professional network (Realtors builders) and drive significant loan volume.

For Industry Newcomers & Aspiring Professionals:

• Do you want to learn the mortgage business from the best We offer a clear pathway to obtaining your NMLS license and mastering loan origination.

• Were looking for professionals with a strong sales background exceptional drive and analytical skills.

• Rapidly absorb product knowledge achieve lending compliance (SAFE Act) and learn to advise clients effectively turning leads into successful closings.

Your Core Mission:

• Origination & Negotiation: Offer negotiate and process loan applications with precision.

• Production: Hit ambitious loan production goalsplain and simple.

• Coordination: Be the central hub coordinating smoothly with our processing and underwriting teams.
