Job Summary

Key position functions include:
- Maintain accurate information on all rental equipment in operating system.
- Asset tracking utilizing existing inventory and manage rental returns.
- Order new inventory to meet customer needs and process billing of customer orders.
- Monitor Inventory on both assets and asset repair parts.
- Plan with Sales and Operations on needs and utilization of new inventory being added.
- Forecast and maintain acceptable level on rental inventory.
- Rental Returns - verify all equipment is returned and process for repair.
- Scheduling with the shops for a quick turn around on assets so that they can be utilized at their optimum capacity.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
- Related post-secondary or equivalent is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of wellhead and flow control equipment
- Knowledge of ERP system (pref. SAP) and typical inventory management practices.
- Attention to detail good planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
