Job Summary
Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Elementary School-Based Full-Time
Were searching for an experienced and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic school community dedicated to helping every learner thrive. This full-time position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators administrators and families to promote positive behavior strengthen engagement and create inclusive supportive learning environments.
As a BCBA youll play a vital role in shaping meaningful behavioral supports that drive student growthacademically socially and emotionally. Youll conduct assessments develop individualized plans and provide staff training to ensure consistent evidence-based practices across classrooms.
In this role you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to meet individual student needs. Youll collaborate with IEP teams teachers and families to align goals and strategies that promote meaningful progress. Using behavioral data you will monitor outcomes adjust interventions and ensure supports remain effective. Additionally youll coach and mentor school staff in implementing proactive positive behavior supports while helping to foster a school-wide culture of inclusion consistency and student success.
Requirements
- A solid foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Active BCBA certification and a masters degree in a related field.
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings (preferred).
