We are seeking a Sales Consultant who thrives at the intersection of innovation design and client experience. This is your opportunity to represent a company that transforms how people live and workthrough immersive home theaters intelligent automation and commercial AV systems.

Responsibilities

Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their lifestyle business needs and technology goals
Design and present custom smart home and AV solutions that blend innovation with functionality
Lead the sales process from initial consultation through proposal closing and project handoff
Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Stay current on the latest trends in smart technology automation and AV systems
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients architects builders and designers
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent Endurance IT Services at industry events networking functions and client meetings

Qualifications

3 years of consultative sales experience preferably in AV smart home or technology solutions
Strong passion for emerging tech and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
Technical aptitude and a strong sense of design and aesthetics
Experience with AV systems automation platforms (e.g. Savant Lutron) or control systems (preferred)
Industry certifications (CEDIA Savant Lutron) or relevant technical education (a plus)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
