The Commissioning Associate provides engineering and technical support to ensure safety and budget compliance for assigned projects. Responsibilities include writing reports conducting audits troubleshooting performing tests and tracking progress throughout the entire project life cycle.
Core Responsibilities
Request collect and catalog submittals from trade partners
Assemble materials for project manuals and reports
Collaborate with other Facility Solutions and Commissioning Associates
Review develop and coordinate system readiness and functional test drafts
Conduct field observations to verify construction status
Coordinate and participate in owner training videography efforts
Lead and mentor Facility Solution Associate I and II
Implement Operational Project Readiness activities related to MEPF technical assessment coordination and implementation
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
25 years of relevant work experience.
CxP or CxA Certification
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong problem-solving skills
Electrical mechanical and testing experience is ideal.
