Job Summary

Were seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development and support new product introduction (NPI) within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing design for manufacturability (DFM) streamlining electro-mechanical assembly processes and supporting lean initiatives across production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented technically skilled and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities

Drive NPI activities ensuring smooth transition from design to production for electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve DFM and product reliability.
Develop document and optimize assembly processes using lean manufacturing principles.
Support ERP/PLM/PDM integration for accurate configuration and manufacturing data management.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering required.
5 years of manufacturing experience in electronics.
Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly and GD&T practices.
Familiarity with ERP PLM and PDM systems for production management.
Proven track record implementing lean and continuous improvement principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
