Sr. Full Stack Developer

This is a remote position.

Basic Function: This Sr. Full Stack Web Developer will work within our team of developers to maintain and improve application to deliver value to our users. This person will work in collaboration with the VP of Technology to bring life to an enhanced user experience based on user feedback and executive leaderships expectations.

Positions Intention: This position supports the mission to revolutionize stakeholders experience with our brand.

Essential Duties

• Develop and maintain web applications using .
  
• Integrate and manage CRM applications and services.
  
• Deploy manage and scale applications on AWS.
  
• Implement and manage payment processing using Stripe.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies.
  
• Extensive experience with and its ecosystem.
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM applications and services.
  
• Proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure management.
  
• Experience with Stripe integration and payment processing.
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL).
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Understanding of security best practices in web development

Education / Certifications: Bachelors (BA) Degree in a technology related field or Five (5) to Ten (10) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
