Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Key Responsibilities
-
Design develop and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports
-
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions
-
Create data models relationships and calculated measures using DAX
-
Perform data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) using Power Query
-
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
-
Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL Server Excel Azure APIs etc.)
-
Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage data access
-
Maintain and enhance existing BI reports and dashboards
-
Collaborate with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders
-
Document BI solutions and provide end-user support and training
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field

7 years of experience in Power BI development
-
Strong knowledge of DAX Power Query and data modeling
-
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
-
Experience with data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL Synapse Data Factory)
-
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
-
Experience with Power BI Service gateways and deployment pipelines

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
