Job Title:Aerospace Production Certification Proctor (E-Test Monitor)
Pay Rate:$23/hour
Location:Puget Sound Region (Everett Seattle and Renton WA)
Schedule: Must be open to a flexible schedule - may include day evening or weekend shifts as needed.
Overtime: None anticipated.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Electronic Test Monitor (E-Test Monitor) to join their Instructor Resource Management team. This individual will facilitate electronic testing sessions at aerospace client sites and serve as the first point of contact for students and instructors during testing.
No aerospace experience is required - this is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service and computer skills who enjoy working in a structured and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for students during testing sessions ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Check in participants maintain compliance with testing guidelines and monitor activity throughout the session.
- Maintain schedules testing equipment classroom supplies and communications.
- Perform pre-requisite and pre-work checks as well as post-session cleanup and organization.
- Provide regular updates and escalate issues to the Delivery Services Manager as needed.
- Assist instructors in classroom settings - distributing materials providing technical assistance to students and supporting lab safety protocols.
- Represent the client professionally while maintaining adaptability and responsiveness to site needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong technical aptitude - able to assist users with PC logins software navigation and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to service quality.
- Must be a U.S. Person per client policy.
- Must be willing to travel between Everett Seattle and Renton sites as needed.

- Physical Requirements:Minimal; primarily a seated or classroom-support role.
