Job Title: Time & Payroll Coordinator
Location: Everett WA
Duration: 4-Month Contract
Position Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing employee timekeeping validation and compliance with applicable labor laws. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented proactive in troubleshooting discrepancies and enjoys helping employees navigate payroll policies.
Core Duties:
- Input verify and reconcile timekeeping and payroll data.
- Maintain secure and organized payroll history files.
- Answer employee inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Process payments and coordinate with accounting for general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage special leave conditions and ensure correct benefit pay calculations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years payroll processing experience.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Preferred Background:
- Union or public sector payroll experience.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or UKG.
