Work hours: PRN As Needed 7:30 am 4:00 pm- hours are dependent on the needs of the unit

Heres What You Need
Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program or nursing diploma required.
BSN preferred
One-year experience as a clinical nurse required.
Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
Current BLS - prior to providing independent patient care required.
2 years of strong Med/surg RN experience in acute care or wound care setting including charge/preceptor skills (preferred)
What You Will Do
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
Responsible for delivery of wound care and hyperbaric treatments as ordered by Physician.
Work with other team members to resolve patient issues.
Ensure communication with other care providers is timely accurate and complete.
Post-operative patient/family teaching and discharge instructions referrals and supply needs.
Utilizes evidence-based practice to administer wound care.
