Job Summary

Shift: Days (5x8)
Duration: 24 Weeks
Pay Rate: $57 $60/hr ($2280 $2400/week)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate physician referrals and medical records to develop personalized Physical Therapy plans.
Conduct comprehensive resident assessments using effective evaluation techniques.
Administer prescribed therapy treatments utilizing appropriate modalities to restore mobility and function.
Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapy Speech-Language Pathology and Nursing teams to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment documentation.
Educate residents families and staff on therapy goals and progress.
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure quality service delivery.
Lead in-service and professional development sessions for therapy staff.
Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in Physical Therapy through continuing education and training.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Preferably 1 year of experience in acute care long-term care or rehabilitation (new graduates welcome to apply).
Strong communication leadership and mentoring skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems.
Bachelors degree required (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred).
