Reporting to the Manager Studio Resources and working under the direction of Equipment Room Lead (ERL) the incumbent assists in the facilitation of equipment service centers in FAAD and provides support for the studentcurricular activities. The position requires a high degree of technical knowledge of media equipment hardware software and all specialized equipment for programs in FAAD. The incumbent provides customer service to students over the counter reserving preparing and checking equipment rentals for various programs. Performs daily inventory cleaning and light maintenance to equipment as per need and/or by the ERC and the ERT. Flexible hours and evenings and weekends required.
