Arup are seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in our Adelaide office to undertake coordination and project delivery activities across a range of markets and disciplines. This role is integral to the development and growth of the Arup Adelaide branch as we continue to build upon our success in delivering innovative engineering solutions to shape the South Australia region.


The Opportunity
Provide leadership and delivery of projects in line with key project management areas
Design and execute project documentation and strategies
Work with project teams (internal and external) to facilitate project outcomes driving a culture of embracing project process management and continuous improvement
Play a key role in identifying leveraging and undertaking business development activities to support thegrowth of the Advisory portfolio
Drive the identification evaluation and adoption of technologies to transform project and organisationalagility customer and user experience

Is this role right for you
Ideally hold a certification in Project Management or present extensive experience in leading projects
Have extensive experience in either project management operational readiness or coordinating businessoperations
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement and management organisational change and business development
Excellent communication skills both written and oral with experience in delivering tailored presentationsto clients or stakeholders
Ability to develop graphical representations of business processes to facilitate communicationunderstanding and decision making
