Heres what you will do

  • Crush Revenue Goals: Your own and those of your team. Your success is our success!

  • Nurture Leads:Handle every leads from marketing campaigns and our website with care and charm guiding prospects through virtual product demos and showrooms to convert them into loyal customers.

  • WOW Our Customers:Every interaction is an opportunity to impress. You create WOW moments. Build your style to leave an impression on your customers.

  • Keep it Organised:Maintain a transparent well-structured sales pipeline. Accurate data and clear visibility are your best friends.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Always aim higher. Boost our conversion rates and drive revenue growth with every step.

What were looking for

  • Native-level Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

  • B2B sales experience ideally in interior design architecture or office solutions.

  • Skilled in virtual selling you build trust easily over video and email.

  • Strong knowledge of Benelux business culture and how purchasing decisions are made.

  • Structured thinker who manages leads methodically and strategically.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive curious and eager to improve with every interaction.

  • A true team player ready to grow with us share feedback and celebrate wins together.
