Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit including staff management and scheduling.
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
Monitor patient care to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies.
Participate in staff training performance evaluations and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license in the state of Maine.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a nursing team and provide high-quality patient care.
