Job Summary

Review corporate and partnership federal state and local income tax returns
Review quarterly estimated tax payments and tax return extensions
Review interim and year-end tax provisions including current taxable income calculation and deferred tax rollforward
Liaise with finance and accounting personnel to collect and analyze financial information for assigned business operations
Develop an understanding of the business for assigned entities
Assist with responses to tax authority inquiries
Provide tax support to other corporate and operating groups
Supervise staff and/or consultants tasked with the preparation of assigned entity tax returns and projects
Assist with various tax projects as assigned relating to tax audits and tax planning

Requirements

Public Accounting
Private Industry tax experience
Strong Excel (there is an excel assessment)
