The Office of the Ohio Attorney General is currently seeking an experienced trial attorney to serve as Assistant Attorney General within our Special Prosecutions Section. This position will serve in Federal Court as a special assistant U.S. attorney prosecuting firearms offenses.
The successful candidate will have experience as a prosecutor with some federal court experience preferred. The position requires a high level of organizational skills the ability to triage and prioritize multiple assignments; as well as the ability to work collaboratively with coworkers law enforcement and professional witnesses.
This position will report daily to the U.S. Attorneys Offices at 221 East Fourth Street Suite 400 Cincinnati Ohio.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio pursuant to Section 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of federal court experience
At least 1 year of experience as a state court prosecutor
Experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney or Special Assistant U.S. Attorney
