The facility is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its well-established and growing cardiology team in Shelton CT.
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic electrophysiology program that includes outpatient inpatient and procedural care. The APP will collaborate closely with electrophysiologists and the multidisciplinary cardiac care team to provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders.

Perform comprehensive cardiac and electrophysiology evaluations including history physical exams and diagnostic interpretation.
Assist in the management and follow-up of patients with arrhythmias pacemakers defibrillators and other cardiac devices.
Support EP lab procedures and post-procedure care including device interrogations and adjustments.
Participate in inpatient rounds outpatient clinics and care coordination.
Educate patients and families about diagnosis treatment options and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with cardiologists electrophysiologists and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system.
Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant program.
Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Connecticut state license; national certification as NP or PA required.
Experience: Prior experience in cardiology or electrophysiology preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
