Were hiring an Associate Business Analyst to support product and technology teams with requirements gathering process mapping documentation and coordination across stakeholders. This is an entry-level role with training and mentorship ideal for candidates early in their BA career who are eager to learn in a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with eliciting and documenting business requirements through interviews workshops and analysis of existing processes.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain backlogs in Jira under guidance from senior BAs/Product Owners.
  • Map current vs. future state processes and simple workflows (e.g. using Visio/Miro).
  • Support sprint ceremonies (refinement planning reviews) by preparing materials and capturing decisions and action items.
  • Coordinate and track UAT: draft test scenarios collect evidence log defects and verify fixes.
  • Prepare business-facing documentation: release notes FAQs training materials and simple reports/dashboards.
  • Perform basic data analysis to validate requirements and outcomes (e.g. Excel pivot tables simple SQL a plus).
  • Help manage change requests dependencies and risks; keep Confluence pages and project artifacts up to date.
  • Partner with Product Engineering Operations and Compliance to ensure solutions meet business objectives and non-functional needs (security performance usability).



Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 02 years of experience in business analysis product operations or a related internship/placement. Recent graduates welcome.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile basics (Scrum/Kanban) user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to organize information clearly and ask good questions.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail; comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation tools.
  • Collaborative proactive and willing to learn; able to take direction and follow established processes.
