Job Summary

About the role:

The Senior Manager Demand Generation will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth for Forter. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives on balancing creative campaign design with data-driven execution. Youll partner closely with Sales Product Marketing and the broader Marketing team to develop and optimize demand generation programs across multiple channels.

What youll be doing:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the global demand generation strategy with clear goals for pipeline creation new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
  • Campaign Execution: Design launch and optimize integrated campaigns across digital paid media ABM email webinars and events.
  • Funnel Optimization: Monitor performance across the funnel applying testing and data insights to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP lead scoring and SLA processes. Enable SDRs with effective follow-up strategies.
  • Technology & Operations: Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own KPIs for demand generation. Track and report on campaign performance pipeline impact and ROI for executive stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small but growing demand generation team fostering a culture of creativity accountability and continuous improvement.

What youll need:

  • 710 years of B2B demand generation experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity/ecommerce industries.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot Outreach and 6sense along with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong track record of executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills particularly with Sales.
  • Analytical mindset with experience building and interpreting dashboards reports and campaign insights.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.
