An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Prevention team as a Prevention Practitioner. Working under the direction of the Prevention Education Delivery Officer and day-to-day supervision of the Lead Practitioner this role focuses on delivering high-quality targeted education programmes that support the Prevention Strategy and Community Risk Management Plan.
The postholder will work closely with Prevention Advocate Volunteers to deliver engaging and inclusive safety education sessions across WMFS sites and a range of external educational settings. This part-time term-time-only role involves helping to deliver prevention education to those most at risk and vulnerable to fires and other emergencies across the West Midlands.
