Position Summary:

Hauptaufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
Unterstützt den Stationsbetrieb indem er/sie sich wirkungsvoll um spezifische Ausnahmefälle kundenbezogene Routineangelegenheiten und Compliance-Berichte kümmert. Nimmt Sendungen entgegen und bearbeitet diese während er/sie gleichzeitig sicherstellt dass alle FedEx-Vorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen hinsichtlich des sicheren Pakettransports erfüllt werden. Führt je nach Bedarf allgemeine administrative und unterstützende Aufgaben aus. Leitet Probleme und komplexe Ausnahmefälle an den zuständigen Mitarbeiter weiter.

Voraussetzungen: - Fähigkeit 32-kg-Pakete zu heben und schwerere Sendungen mit Hilfsmitteln zu bewegen; - sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; - gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; - kundenorientiertes Verhalten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden; - Kenntnis der FedEx-Operations erwünscht; - Qualitätsbewusstsein und genaue Arbeitsweise; - Verständnis der Arbeitsanweisungen und Fähigkeit zu deren Umsetzung; - gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten gutes Problemlösungsverhalten; - gute Schreibmaschinenkenntnisse EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse; - selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit; - Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Samstagsarbeit.
