What Youll Do:
- Coordinate and prioritize service requests ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to manage shop flow and allocate work orders.
- Assess vehicle issues provide cost estimates and coordinate service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and warranty paperwork.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer publications and industry trends.
What Were Looking For
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An organized multitasker who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive knowledge or experience in a service-related role (an asset but not required).
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable drivers abstract.
