Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Import Customs Analyst to join our Global Trade Compliance team. This role is critical in ensuring the companys import operations comply with U.S. Customs regulations with a strong focus on entry auditing CTPAT compliance and supporting semiconductor-specific import activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in customs brokerage HTS classification and trade compliance within a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
Entry Auditing & Compliance
Review and audit import entries for accuracy completeness and regulatory compliance.
Validate HTS classifications country of origin valuation and other key data elements.
Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to resolve discrepancies.
CTPAT Program Management
Support the companys CTPAT program including annual security profile updates risk assessments and internal audits.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain security protocols are followed.
Maintain documentation and evidence of compliance for CBP reviews.
Import Operations
Monitor daily import activity and ensure timely clearance of shipments.
Maintain import documentation and records in accordance with CBP and company policies.
Assist in responding to CBP inquiries Requests for Information (RFIs) and Notices of Action.
Trade Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze import data to identify trends risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare reports for management on import compliance metrics and audit findings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Procurement Logistics Legal and Engineering teams to ensure import compliance is integrated into business processes.
Provide training and guidance on import compliance topics as needed.
Perform other job related tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements/Qualifications:
3 years of experience in import compliance customs brokerage or trade compliance.
Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations HTS classification valuation and country of origin rules.
Experience with CTPAT program management and supply chain security.
Familiarity with semiconductor industry import requirements is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade compliance systems (e.g. SAP GTS ACE Portal).

The annual base salary range for this position which could be performed in Colorado is $46000 - $128000.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location skills and experience.
