The Position

As an Automation Developer You will be focused but not limited to developing and maintaining solutions using scripting languages and robotic process automation in a customer centric way. Your closest team members are mainly: automation business partners business analysts automation developers product owners and people leaders. You will be part of the RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in Switzerland India Costa Rica Hungary Latvia and Malaysia. The Opportunity

• Design develop test and support automation solutions using RPA scripting Desktop Automation and programming languages like VBS Google AppScript SAP Script Python etc.

• Contribute to the achievement of annual and quarterly team objectives.

• Embrace iterative work processes minimal documentation close business-IT collaboration and global team communication.

• Collaborate with Global Product Owners developers business analysts/partners and platform teams to enhance cross-regional cooperation and reuse existing solutions.

• Maintain automations in production as needed while addressing ongoing support requirements.

• Participate in requirements gathering design discussions and workshops with clients to ensure optimal technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with security scalability quality and performance standards and engage in team retrospectives for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• A degree in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or a technical field or equivalent experience in Automation is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in developing solutions using UiPath or similar platforms or programming languages such as VBA/VBS Google App Script SAP Scripting or Python is required.

• Experience in agile organizations and familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum Kanban or XP is optional.

• Familiarity with self-managed team environments and knowledge of OKRs is a plus.

• Advanced English and additional language skills are considered an asset.

• Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is beneficial.

• Holding an Automation Development Certification or similar certification is a valued plus.

Salary starts from 2200 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidates level of experience skills and qualifications.
