We are looking for an experienced Application Consultant on Workday. As a technical lead you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation configuration and maintenance of our Workday system. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will leverage your technical expertise to design and deliver solutions that optimize and automate our HRIT Landscape.

This is what your assignment looks like:

Implement configuration changes (business processes security roles new reports new features) according to business requirements and best practices
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex system issues working closely with internal IT teams Workday support and external vendors as needed.
Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement leveraging Workdays latest features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in business expert (HRIS) meetings and advise;.
Research innovations and vendor managed solutions;
Coach and guide other application or functional consultants

We ask:

At least 4-5 year experience with Workday and transformations projects. You like to work in a dynamic and fast-growing organization with a focus on IT landscape for HR.

We also ask

At least a bachelors degree preferably an IT related direction;
Knowledge on Workday ideally focus on one of these modules: HCM core or Time and Absence or Time Tracking or Reporting
Strong technical skills in automation;
Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus;
Experience in working in an Agile environment is an advantage
You are structured organized and good communicator
With your eyes for detail you know how to get things done!
