Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse Operating Room

Pay Rate From: $61/hr

Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Registered Nurse Operating Room for an exciting job in Watertown NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced OR/ASU setting
Assist with surgical procedures and ensure aseptic technique is maintained
Monitor patients and interpret lethal dysrhythmias during procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Assess patient needs including clinical teaching mental and spiritual support
Recognize and address safety concerns including proper use of patient lifts
May be required to assume charge nurse duties
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Current NYS RN license or eligibility required
Successful completion and passing grade on final exam required for employment
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical experience preferred
Preceptorship charge and leadership experience preferred for experienced RNs
Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of clinical equipment and instrumentation used in OR/ASU settings
