Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Client and Partner Advocacy Lead
The Client and Partner Advocacy Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing a holistic advocacy program that strengthens Genpacts market presence and supports business growth objectives. This strategic leader will demonstrate expertise in identifying new opportunities cultivating robust relationships and producing impactful content that highlights Genpacts unique value through the perspectives of its esteemed clients and partners. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong collaboration skills and possess a background in marketing communications and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate and implement a comprehensive client and partner advocacy strategy aligned with Genpacts overarching business goals including establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring program success.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively uncover opportunities to amplify client and partner advocacy through initiatives such as case studies video testimonials press releases and other marketing collateral. Coordinate regularly with unit leaders to identify accounts suitable for public acknowledgment and collaborate with vertical marketing and partner teams to source compelling stories.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with both internal teams (including Account Owners Marketing Creative Media Web Performance Marketing and PR) and external stakeholders (Client Representatives Communications Legal Agency Partners) to ensure cohesive support and alignment across advocacy efforts. Strengthen outreach to internal stakeholders to maintain a steady pipeline of advocacy stories.
Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality engaging contentsuch as narratives videos and digital assetsthat effectively communicates Genpacts achievements and differentiators with an emphasis on Advanced Tech / Genpact Next initiatives.
Client Story Repository: Oversee client story repository and manage the publication of stories ensuring timely and accurate updates across platforms.
Corporate Collateral: Feed into corporate materials including concise case study one-pagers; secure permissions for use of client logos and brand names.
Solution and Service Line Collaboration: Collaborate with the solutions team to produce case studies video testimonials service line and solution summaries thought leadership assets and facilitate partner activations.
Partner Story Engagement and Promotion: Organize and coordinate partner engagement in marketing campaigns speaking opportunities and industry award programs. Drive promotion of partner initiatives through curated web content targeted social media campaigns and active participation in relevant events.
Client Summaries: Compile summary overviews of clients and partners to support investor communications and earnings reports.
Reference Sourcing: Identify and source solution references aligned with various service lines.
Relationship Management: Foster and sustain enduring relationships with key clients and partners to encourage advocacy and secure their involvement in ongoing marketing activities.
Approval Process Oversight: Ensure all necessary approvals from clients and partners are obtained and documented according to Genpacts established protocols.
Program Promotion: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to disseminate advocacy content through diverse channels including Genpacts official website social media platforms and industry events.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage the advocacy programs budget prioritising resource allocation for maximum impact.
PR Integration: Coordinate advocacy opportunities with PR and media teams as needed.
Content Repository Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all advocacy materials across both public-facing repositories () and internal archives (Client Stories Storefront).

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field. MBA preferred.
Relevant years of experience in marketing communications or client relationship management with a focus on client advocacy or testimonial programs.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful client advocacy programs that drive business results.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience managing budgets and tracking program performance.
Experience in working with global teams and clients.
Familiarity with the B2B technology or services industry is a plus.
