JOB SUMMARY
This is a physically on-site position at our beautiful headquarters building in St. Petersburg FL. The successful candidate has a passion for the environment and sustainability and can synchronize the various activities involved in the successful completion of assigned sustainability projects and tasks. Supports and enhances internal stakeholder relationships. Demonstrates technical capability of delivering results while working in a fast-paced environment with local and international teams. Most or all projects will be focused on environmental sustainability such as carbon/GHG accounting product carbon footprint and life cycle assessment analyses legal research biodiversity impact research water and waste stewardship ESG survey support benchmarking and research projects data collection & analysis building dashboards leveraging AI for research and calculations and other duties as assigned supporting the overall achievement of Jabils sustainability goals.

INTERN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures all of the projects requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered understood and properly translated for execution.

• Assists in recognizing projects Key Performance Indicators and gathers information regarding scope quality time and cost constraints.

• Identifies project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation.

• Facilitates communication as appropriate to all stakeholders; develops research documents excel spreadsheet analyses and powerpoint presentations updates SharePoint site sustainability communications and manage applicable Microsoft Teams sites. This includes escalating issues to the next level of management as needed.

• Assists in overall projects success - including cost schedule quality and scope management.

• Coordinates tasks involved within projects multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer overall project success; will involve occasional early- morning or evening meetings to accommodate teams in different time zones.

• Understands and exceeds customer needs and expectations.

• Gathers information for weekly communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information for projects including project status resolving project issues problems and changes.

• Organizes verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.

• Responds in a timely fashion to common inquiries from internal personnel.

• Able to occasionally work before or after hours to accommodate meetings in different time zones

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Project Management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong research and data gathering skills

• Strong technical skills around building dashboards and leveraging AI for research or calculations.

• PowerBI experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in use of personal computers Microsoft Office products (Excel Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university/college/law school as undergraduate Junior Senior or Graduate Student

• Preferred Majors: Environmental or other natural sciences environmental/social/governance law Engineering Sustainability or other related majors

• GPA: 3.0

• Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 18 2026 Aug 7 2026
