What Youll Do
- Review redline and negotiate customer contracts (MSAs SaaS service agreements).
- Align contract terms with company policies and risk guidelines.
- Partner with Sales Operations Finance and leadership across the U.S. and Canada.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on complex terms or disputes.
- Manage documentation compliance and process improvements.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Business Law or related field.
- 35 years of B2B contract management or negotiation experience.
- Skilled at redlining and balancing legal and commercial needs.
- Familiar with liability indemnity confidentiality IP and data protection.
- Excellent communicator organized and proactive in a remote setting.
- Bonus: experience with U.S. and Canadian contracts.
