Job Summary
Title: Health & Safety Manager
Location: Berlin NJ - Onsite
Job Type: Full Time
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of safety leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA ANSI NFPA standards and Workers Compensation laws.
- Proven experience in hazard recognition incident investigation and case management.
- Certified in First Aid AED and CPR.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with plant leadership.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10 days/year).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied plant conditions (heat cold noise heights etc.).
