Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Center Administratorfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Keene NH.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the center including staffing scheduling and workflow.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
Supervise and mentor staff to promote professional growth and high-quality performance.
Monitor budgets resources and operational metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care and services.
Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain a welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Nursing or related field required.
Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in healthcare or rehabilitation facility management preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
