Youll help execute programs that enable hiring managers and interviewers to deliver a consistent high-quality candidate experience. Working closely with Talent Acquisition People Science People Analytics L&D and Engineering youll coordinate projects analyze data and support the rollout of structured interviewing tools and training. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented collaborative and motivated by impact in a fast-paced environment.
You Will:
- Youll focus on enabling our hiring managers and interviewers helping them navigate the hiring process with clarity and confidence to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all.
- Define program and project scope and deliverables in alignment with Talent Acquisition and company-level goals facilitating strong cross-functional collaboration with teams such as People Science People Analytics L&D and Engineering.
- Extract organize and analyze data--leveraging tools such as Google Sheets and advanced formulas and functions to identify trends create reports and support decision-making.
- Track key metrics and project progress providing timely status updates on critical efforts.
- Develop and execute project plans and tasks to ensure a timely high-quality outcome.
- Contribute to the refinement of processes for project management communication and risk identification to enhance team efficiency.
You Have:
- 4 years of proven program and project management experience in Talent Acquisition with a track record of initiating leading and managing programs that include communication enablement and change management components.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends interpret results and make evidence-based recommendations; familiarity with Google sheets and advanced formulas for basic data manipulation is required. Experience with SQL Python or R for basic queries and reporting preferred.
- Experience leading end-to-end program rollouts and enablement efforts applying change management strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment and high user engagement.
- Ability to leverage data and insights from Talent Acquisition dashboards and other sourcesinterpreting metrics identifying trends and using findings to inform priorities and improve program outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans manage multiple priorities and proactively address at-risk programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Airtable) and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g. Greenhouse ATS Gem TalentWall Modernloop) is preferred.
