Ready to lead your own store

Were looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Northwest store. Youll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations coaching and developing your team and creating a positive high-performing store environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product someone who loves sales thrives in a fast-paced setting and leads with care confidence and energy.

• Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
• Minimum Hours: 40
• Salary: $60000k bonus potential !

What your day will look like:

• Leading and managing the daily operations of your store

• Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences

• Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets

• Championing a fun inclusive and supportive team culture

• Overseeing store presentation stock levels and visual merchandising

• Managing admin reporting and other key operational tasks
