Job Summary

This role will be based in Dublin.

AsSDManager forEMEA region you will grow and lead a team of talented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to deliver qualified leads and talent needed by sales to achieve the companys objectives. This important role reports tothe Senior Manager Sales DevelopmentEMEAand is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant direct impact on LinkedIns growth this role you will be responsible for scaling and transforming our sales development channels to be best in class. The role involves varied work both in areas of strategy and in execution management experience along with access to extensive and interesting compelling culture and high growth environment allow high performers the chance to grow their career rapidly. This role will build and lead a team based at ourEMEAHQ inDublin. 
 
Responsibilities 

  • To inspire lead and engage sales development managers and teams towards the vision mission and strategy of the Global Sales Development Org 
  • To drive our commitment to talent development via our Sales Academy program and execute the talent strategy for Managers and Individual Contributors across theEMEAregion while fostering a larger culture of learning across the team 
  • To manage lead and support experienced sale development managers to overachieve assigned quota of qualified leads to the sales organization 
  • To partner with the sales & marketing organization to ensure goals deliverables and expectations are aligned and met 
  • To deploy best practice prospecting methodologies and processes across all aspects of the lead generation workflow 
  • To drive Operational Excellence through the adherence of sales disciplines (e.g. tasks in anatomy of quarterCRMhygiene accurate forecasting) 
  • To stay abreast of and educate the team on industry-leading best practices and methodologies and ensure these are adopted as appropriate into our lead generation processes 

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • 4 years of closing sales experience OR 1 year of people management experience 
  • 1 years working within one or more of the following regions: DACH Benelux or Nordics
  • Fluency in English and German OR Dutch 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proven record of successfully overachieving targets in sales or sales support roles inEMEA 
  • Experience working within the recruitment marketing and SaaS industry preferred 
  • Strong people management skills with a proven track record of developing talent 
  • Established reputation as high integrity top performer 
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal communication experience withsenior management 
  • Experience working in high-growth performance focused environments. 
  • Deep interest inanalyzingdata and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making 
  • A passion for getting things done and a desire to drive results 
  • Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and collaborate successfully across a senior cross-functional leadership team 
  • Passion for building and leading high growth acquisition Sales Development/Lead Generation teams 
  • Expert in prospecting best practices and tactics with the ability to train team members in how to successfully learn and deploy these best practices 
  • Strength in working with varied groups including senior management sales operations and marketing teams 
  • The ability to create a vision and plot the steps necessary to achieve it
