Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading pioneer in the integration of cloud-based collaborative platforms for transforming business supply chains.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the quality assurance (QA) testing process ensuring thorough documentation of all procedures and outcomes.
Engage with clients to gain a clear understanding of their business challenges operational workflows and organizational requirements.
Support the preparation and review of business processes requirements and functional specifications to develop accurate and effective test cases.
Monitor track and report client-raised issues ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout.
Maintain close communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure deliverables are met with professionalism and precision.
Collaborate effectively with the technical team and Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in accordance with agreed timelines.
Strong communicator able to engage confidently with both clients and internal teams.
Results-driven with a clear sense of accountability and ownership for each project.
Entrepreneurial mindset consistently contributing ideas and enhancements that add value to the client experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant role.
Proficiency in English is essential both written and spoken.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in QA testing is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts clearly.
