Der Bereich Inkjet Competence innerhalb Forschung und Entwicklung ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung von Drucktinten und die Weiterentwicklung von Inkjet Druckverfahren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Weiterentwickeln von Fachkompetenzen im Bereich Tintenchemie sowie von Verfahren an Inkjet-Druckmaschinen
• Fachverantwortliches (Weiter-)Entwickeln von kolloidalen Systemen im Bereich Inkjet
• Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Versuchen im Labor und an Drucksystemen
• Intensivieren von Entwicklungspartnerschaften
  

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Chemie idealerweise ergänzt um eine Promotion
• Berufserfahrung in der Industrie im Bereich Inkjet-Tinten oder Farben
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Farben Pigmenten mehrphasigen Systemen (Emulsionen Dispersionen) bzw. Polymersystemen
• Die vielfältigen bereichsübergreifenden Kontakte im Rahmen von Team- und Projektarbeit erfordern ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Überzeugungskraft
• Eine selbstständige zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit komplexe Prozesse zu analysieren und konzeptionell abzubilden
