Job Summary
Bakeshop Senior Manager
The Senior Store Manager reports to the General Manager for Corporate Retail and is responsible for oversight of all daily retail activities schedules and assignments of employees in the daily execution of customer service compliance inventory open/closing operations and cash management among others. A successful candidate enhances customer satisfaction and meets sales and profitability goals while building and managing a cohesive team. The most successful candidates have experience in Retail Supervision or Management.
Responsibilities
Meet sales goals by motivating mentoring and providing feedback to staff
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Deal with all customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Ensure compliance with bakery policies and procedures
Conduct accurate and timely inventory of all products
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Address disciplinary issues immediately and with appropriate corrective measures
Build career paths for up-and-coming staff members
Be a shining example of professional behavior and high job performance
Per the Collin Street Bakery dress code Bakeshop Staff will not present with any visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform (absolutely no tattoos on hands neck or face)
Requirements
Prior Management Experience is a must
Proven successful experience as a Retail Supervisor
The ability to stand for extended periods
Must be available to work weekends
High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time Salary (Rate will be based on prior experience)
