Client Services & Hospitality Representative Dallas TX - $60K$65K Full-Time Regional Law Firm Onsite MF Bonus OT Eligible
Our client a top regional law firm is hiring a refined reliable and client-facing professional to anchor front desk operations and elevate the office experience.
This is a high-touch full-time role with zero travel full benefits and immediate start potential.
Core Responsibilities
Greet clients manage calls and coordinate conference room bookings
Oversee kitchen pantry and catering for meetings and events
Handle mailroom operations scanning and large print jobs
Support attorneys with trial binders and light document edits
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate building requests
Qualifications :
Microsoft Word & Outlook proficiency
Strong multitasking time management and organizational skills
Stable work history resumes must reflect long-term roles
Prior experience in a law firm or large corporate office
Additional Information :
$60K$65K base bonus overtime eligibility
Full-time with benefits
Onsite MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:30 PM
