Location -Bangalore

About the Job

Lead Levis full-funnel media strategy across digital social video and traditional channels delivering awareness consideration and conversion.

Improve performance marketing across and the Levis app leading acquisition engagement and conversion through Meta Google and affiliate channels.

Lead marketplace media and partnerships with Amazon Myntra Ajio and others - building co-marketing plans managing ad budgets and driving visibility during important events.

Lead CRM and loyalty strategy guiding your team to design and implement multi-channel engagement programs that improve repeat purchase and lifetime value.

Manage A&P budgets including tracking and reporting SAMEA-level budgets internally ensuring accountability and accurate forecasting.

Build a test-and-learn culture using experimentation and optimization to lead continuous performance improvement.

Partner cross-functionally with brand e-commerce finance and analytics teams to deliver unified insight-led marketing strategies.

Collaborate with Insights and Global Analytics teams to interpret brand health and campaign data - applying insights to sharpen targeting measurement and future planning.

Lead and mentor your team across CRM and performance media - promoting ownership curiosity and collaboration.

About You

8 years of experience in marketing media or digital growth ideally in consumer retail or lifestyle brands.

Expertise in digital performance marketing (Meta Google affiliates) with experience delivering Return on investment and efficiency.

Strong understanding of brand media strategy and how storytelling drives business outcomes.

Experience leading CRM or loyalty programs including segmentation automation and customer journey design.

Hands-on agile and decisive: able to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Experience leading and developing teams inspiring accountability and collaboration.

Analytical and financially disciplined: Comfortable tracking managing and reporting budgets and interpreting campaign MMM and brand health data to make decisions.
