What youll be doing:
- Supporting the management of Workplace Savings products to meet customer needs
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of products and regulatory developments
- Leading the scheduling and completion of Product Risk Reviews
- Conducting analysis of customer activity to identify indicators of harm
- Undertaking annual and ongoing reporting to maintain compliance
- Maintaining and approving product literature in line with Consumer Duty
- Supporting adherence to the Risk Management Framework
- Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure suitability
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Working towards professional qualifications such as CII or Prince2 (beneficial but not essential)
- Understanding Workplace Savings products and relevant regulations
- Awareness of market dynamics and evolving customer needs
- Experience in financial services asset management or employee benefits consulting
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams
