Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our healthcare team in Baltimore United States. As a CT Technologist you will play a crucial role in performing routine and specialized CT imaging procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

  • Conduct a wide range of CT imaging procedures with precision and efficiency
  • Operate CT equipment and related software to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Select appropriate technical factors for each patient to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure
  • Administer contrast agents according to facility protocols and patient needs
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic health systems
  • Collaborate with radiologists physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Adhere to all safety regulations including radiation safety protocols and infection control measures
  • Participate in quality control procedures and equipment maintenance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in workflow patient experience and image quality
  • Assist in training and educating new staff members and students

Qualifications :

  • Associate degree or Certificate in radiologic technology from a program accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education (USDE) or Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
  • Minimum of one year experience in CT imaging
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in Radiography (R)
  • Valid Maryland State Radiographer License
  • CT Registry certification preferred
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures protocols and radiation safety principles
  • Proficiency in operating CT equipment and related software
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

.Full Time Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm Friday 7:00am-7:00pm Saturday 11:30pm-8:00am
