What Were Building:

This is not a full-time role. Were assembling a flexibleon-call collectiveof creatorsvideographers editors photographers designers and storytellerswho excel at crafting engaging platform-native content.

What Youll Do:

• Concept source shoot (as needed) and edit short-form video content for TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts and Snapchatand other social platforms.
• Createstaticcarouselandmotion/animatedassetsoptimizedforsocialformats
• Collaboratewithourcreativesocialstrategyandbrandplanningteamstobring ideas to life in fresh platform-native and culturally relevant way
• Adaptbrandguidelinesandtoneofvoicetosuitdifferentclientsandaudiences
• Deliverhigh-qualityquick-turncreativeondeadlinesrangingfrom 1-week to 1-month depending on the scope

Were Looking For Creators Who:

• Haveprovenexperiencedevelopingengagingsocial-firstcontent(pleaseincludeyour portfolio social handles or work samples etc.)
• Understandcurrenttrendseditingstyles cultural moments andplatform best practices
• Canworkindependentlywhiletakingdirectionfromanagencyteam
• Bringstrongvisualstorytellingskills and canquicklyunderstandbrandnuances
• AreproficientinAdobePremierandAfterEffectswithstrongworkingknowledgeof theAdobe Suite specifically Photoshop and Illustrator Media Encoder.
