Night Auditor
Do you come alive at night Then we have the perfect challenge for you!
We are looking for a positive proactive and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team. Together with your colleagues you ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive until they leave.
What does your shift look like
Your shift starts at 22:45 together with your fellow Night Receptionist (youre always working in pairs during the night). You receive a handover from the evening teamwhat happened during the day Which guests are staying in the hotel and what do you need to keep an eye on during the night
Once youve wished your colleagues a good night you start preparing the Night Audit completing all administrative tasks for the day. After 02:00 you begin the Night Audit and take a short break while the process runs.
Then you carry out a safety round throughout the hotel. When you return the audit is complete and you begin setting up for the new day. You check the reports and sign them off digitally.
Throughout the night you are the main point of contact for all guestsyou assist with any questions and play an important role in promoting the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. You have the skills to turn any problem into a positive guest between you answer some emails and prepare the handover for the morning shift.
At 07:00 you pass on your shift to the early team and just like thatyour night is done!
In addition you and your colleague act as Manager on Duty and are the first point of contact in case of emergencies (as certified Emergency Response Officers). With your strong sense of responsibility you ensure the safety of our 314 rooms and the satisfaction of our guests.

Youre enthusiastic service-oriented and you love going the extra mile. Additionally:
- You enjoy positively surprising guests and making them feel welcome
- Youre a team player
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and a great sense of humor
- Youre comfortable communicating with guests in both English and Dutch
- You love working during the night hours
- Experience with Opera is a plus
