Job Summary
YOUR ROLE
As a People Development and Culture Intern youll be an integral part of our Talent and Learning team at the Central Head Office in Amsterdam. Your focus will be on the Digital Learning domain where youll engage in updating and creating compelling online onboarding e-learnings managing our learning platform The Book of Rituals and supporting various development programs. Your insights and creativity will be valued as you contribute to strengthening our organizational learning culture.
This opportunity provides a comprehensive view of the Learning & Development facet of Rituals and involves interacting with stakeholders from diverse departments. Youll also gain practical experience with innovative AI tools that enhance your workday. This internship is an ideal setting to apply your educational theories in a dynamic international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the design development and evaluation of digital learning programs
Coordinate activities on The Book of Rituals learning platform
Support the delivery and organization of other learning initiatives
Write copy and produce material to promote learning initiatives
Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment and effectiveness of learning initiatives
Qualifications :
HBO / WO student within the field of HRM Instructional Design Educational Sciences or A&O Psychology (related studies are welcome)
Available for at least 4 days a week and for 6 months starting February 2025
Proactive analytical and not afraid to take initiative
Thrive in a fast-paced international environment and enjoy working with people
