Job Purpose:
To support the People & Culture department in daily operations including recruitment employee engagement training and administration while gaining hands-on experience in hotel People & Culture practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs screening resumes scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding of new team members and preparation of related documents.
Help organize employee engagement activities and staff events.
Maintain and update employee records and P&C databases.
Assist with training coordination and attendance tracking.
Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Strong interest in People & Culture and employee experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Positive attitude willingness to learn and attention to detail.
