Position: US Recruiter - Automotive
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Location: Chennai (Work From Home)
Shift: US Timings (Night Shift)
Walk-In Drive: 6th & 7th October 2025
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled US Recruiter- Automotive with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring engineering professionals for the automotive or aerospace domain. The ideal candidate will be driven proactive and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through job portals LinkedIn etc.) databases and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for US clients screening coordinating interviews and closing offers.
- Understand client requirements in the automotive/aerospace domain.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with hiring managers and ensure recruitment targets are met.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in US recruitment preferably in automotive/aerospace domains.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shift (WFH).
Note: Candidates with strong experience in US Automotive recruitment are preferred.
