Job Summary
- Manage and oversee all export and import activities.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for import and export processes.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders customs brokers and regulatory authorities.
- Resolve issues related to customs clearance and shipping logistics.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers and customers regarding shipping terms and conditions.
- Maintain records of all transactions and prepare regular status reports.
- Experience in dealing with DGFT Licensing RBI APEDA SVB Free Trade Agreement (FTA) HS Classification AEO Certification Export Benefit like DBK and RoDTEP
- Other Government Agencies like FASSAI Plant Quarantine Regulations & Phytosanitary Certification
Qualifications :
- Graduate / Degree in Business Administration International Trade Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in export/import operations.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and customs regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
